Minute of the day

You need to create workflow maps, rather than organization maps

When I was running my first successful business, which was an agency, we stressed a lot about the importance of organization. Maps helped everyone understand who was where in the hierarchy and also whose job it was to fix something when it broke and whose job it was to deliver consistently to the clients.

Now, with AI, most of the job descriptions have actually distilled down to workflows and a really strong presence in front of the client. If you can hypothetically go on 12 calls a day to show your face to the client and reassure them that you are working diligently on their project, there is no reason why you cannot create a system on the back end that makes it a reality with little to no input from your side. All of this would of course require you to map out the workflows and automate them one-by-one

60 seconds. Not wasted. As promised.

See you again
